Object

These terms govern the use of Brekiz, a daily word-game platform available at brekiz.com.

Service access

The service is free of charge. Some features (save, leaderboards, badges) require creating an account.

User account

The user agrees to provide accurate information at registration, to keep the password confidential and to use a single account.

Rules of conduct

  • No cheating (bots, scripts, exploits).
  • Respect other users: no hateful, insulting or unlawful username, message or content.
  • Do not disrupt the service (spam, attacks).

Intellectual property

All content published on Brekiz (games, design, code, texts) remains the property of Brekiz. User-generated content (avatars, usernames) belongs to the user, but Brekiz reserves the right to moderate or remove it.

Liability

Brekiz is provided 'as is' without warranty of continuous availability. Brekiz disclaims any liability for interruptions, data loss or misuse of the service.

Changes to the terms

Brekiz reserves the right to update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force at the time of use.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts have jurisdiction.
